1. Do I need to pay any additional fee with my initial purchase of the eRA software?
   No. The initial purchase price includes a 12 month software maintenance fee.  
     
2. Is there an ongoing maintenance fee?
   Yes there is. An annual subscription fee is payable from the 2nd year onwards, which includes software upgrades, the latest legal template and up-to-date fees and schedules via online download. Click here for costs.
     
3. Is the legal template fully compliant to the requirements of the prudential legislation?
   Yes.
     
4. Is the software updated?
   Yes, both the legal template and the software itself are enhanced and upgraded regularly.
     
5. Can the bond amount be altered?
   Yes.
     
6. Can the interest rate (MPIR) be altered?
   Yes.
     
7. Can I backdate admissions?
   Yes.
     
8. Will the software run on a network?
   You will need to purchase the network version of eRA (multi user licence).
